Properfreedom is a disruptive, leading company for real estate/property education in the UK and Ireland. We aim to dent the outdated, slow, complicated residential real estate/property education industry by providing alternative, cutting-edge, creative solutions for everyday people to generate financial freedom, build wealth, secure retirement early, work remotely, and have fun during the process.
Unlike the majority of education companies that teach traditional strategies overwhelming you with more information, we pride ourselves on simplifying the strategies and focusing more on core principles and technology. We have rebuilt the entire consumer experience and have made real estate success fun, simple, and results driven.
We’ve served thousands of customers to get started in real estate over the past decade, many quitting the 9-5 cooperate hell, and securing retirement early. Our mission is to empower thousands of people to live a life of “proper freedom”.

Tomasz is co-founder here at Passive Wealth, based in Ipswich. He is real estate, and customer-obsessed, and loves to streamline processes to make the customer experience flawless. He loves cars, DIY, and spending time with his family. He has worked on large scale development projects for years, and used 0 of his own captial to do this.
Tom Wade
Co-Founder
Tom is co-founder here at Passive Wealth. He is based in London. He leads the company's vision alongside Tomasz, and is obsessed with real estate, marketing, and innovation to help reach more people. He is intense and passionate about all things life, loves cats, and self confesses that he has a caffeine addiction. He has sourced and sold over 100 million pounds worth of property.
Scott Wade
Marketing Wizard
Scott leads the charge on marketing at Passive Wealth. He’s always finding new ways to promote our services and deliver value. When it comes to FB ads, he’s the go-to guy—helping clients attract success through paid campaigns and other marketing strategies. Outside of work, he’s all about hitting the gym, singing (badly), and spending time with friends and family.

Community Manager
Claire is at the heart of our online community and is dedicated to helping you navigate yourself around and succeed. She genuinely cares about our community and helps people feel at home within it. A big animal lover - she own's horses, dogs, parrots, and other animals.

Gemma is part of the Academy and Mastery coaching team. Her main priority is getting clients to close deals as quickly as possible, and guiding them through the process. She is always on the go—whether it’s keeping up with her two kids, traveling to new places, or diving into a great book. Whether it’s answering questions or streamlining support, she’s all about keeping our customers satisfied. She works remotely, cherishes time with her family, and adores her dog Chubz.

Mariella is head of customer happiness, her responsibility is ensuring our clients get excellent service from day one. She is responsible for customer service here at properfreeedom. Mariella works remotely, and loves her family, and her pet dogs chubz.

Head of Sales
Spike is head of sales. He loves picking up the phone, and closing deals. His customers buy because they can't resist his big blue eyes and his loveable nature. He gets away with murder :)
Luna - the Cocker
Head of Marketing
Luna is head of marketing and her responsibility is lead generation, lead nurture, and lead conversion. She is loved by our clients, all the time, no mater what happens :)
